  Hugh both sold our home and helped us find a new home. He understood the magnitude of both these decisions and was very patient with us. In a time where my anxiety ran high, Hugh was always the calm, never pushy, and always available. We were recommended to Hugh by a friend. Hugh understands the importance of homes in all price ranges and gives each customer his highest level of service. Hugh and his team have an excellent approach. They carefully select the appropriate market for your home, take excellent pictures, and keep a strong online presence. Closing in Hugh's HER office was comfortable and low stress. Start to finish - we're sold. We would use Hugh Price, HER Realtors, again and again.

  I opened an account with them because two of my good friends recommended them. I was about to leave for the UK/Europe to go travelling for a long time, as I informed them. The woman told me she would place a travel notification on my account so I wouldn't have any problems using my debit card over here and at first this proved true. Then on New Year's in Edinburgh it suddenly stopped working. Now I can't use it to purchase anything at the moment. Did they forget about the travel notification? Are they 'playing parent' and decided I was spending too much money? What happened to the travel notification? I am extremely frustrated and unless this is resolved within the next week I will take my money elsewhere. I know fraud is a major problem for a lot of banks and people, but wasn't that the point of the travel notification. They can expect to hear my angry voice over the phone MANY times until they sort this bullshit out.
